Sam Dowley drops into an insane Stupa complex in downtown KTM at the begining of the year. Be sure to check out issue 4 of our print magazine to read Sam's tales from the trip, and for those who missed the premiere in Melbourne/Kathmandu in August, take a look on the video page under 'Steady Stoop'n in Nepal'. Underground shredder and established oil painter, Ben 'Savage' Phillips has been off the radar for a few years now (in the bmx realm). Shooting photos and filming clips once again for an upcoming article in issue 5, this screen grab is evidence that Batman was in fact powerful even without his utility belt. (Simpsons did it).
Jack has been progressing at a rate of knots for the past 5 years. From weekly attendences at Victorian BMX skatepark leagues as a teen (usually winning with rail tooth hangers and barspin gaps), to releasing technically mesmerising video sections on street. These days he's full pro spec on Colony, with international noteriety and a smile on his face.
This shot was featured in NW Issue 3, executing a meaty hop on and over at speed. Pic by Greg Barnes Nothing's Wrong supporter 'Freestyle Now' are an events company operating out of West Aus. They organise bmx related demos and comps nationwide. During the Winter of 2014 in Melbourne, they hosted a flatland demonstration in Federation Square. Underground flatland enigma, Ben Moran, came out of the woodwork to tear up the pavement for a couple of hours before heading back to the hallowed streets of Ballarat. Here, Ben executes a mid link steamroller, with LEDs attached to his wheels. Photo by Greg Barnes
Issue 4 of our print magazine is available Australia wide at all legitimate BMX stores. They say nothing in society is free and intrinsically that is true. However, Nothing's Wrong is free to it's readers, so go visit your local scene supporters and pick up a copy for yourself. |
